The thing that makes me dislike being female at times has come upon me. The Red Tide®. It doesn't seem as bad this time around. It tends to vary. But, it came before the wedding, so I'm happy.

I think mom's car has officially bit the dust. We picked it up yesterday and she had me follow her just in case, and when we pulled up to the house, she said it stalled out on her four times. So yeah, I think it's DOA. Which means, that I'm going to be the lucky individual playing chauffeur. Goody. The lady we live with did say that she has an extra car that her daughter used to drive that she still pays the insurance for and she said she'd consider letting mom borrow it for a bit. I hope it's before she leaves on vacation tomorrow. *crosses fingers* Getting up early does not make Snap a happy individual.

I went through my magazines yesterday and cut out the articles and whatnot that I wanted to keep. It freed up quite a bit of space for me in the one box. But it'll probably get filled pretty quickly though if I know me and my hoarding tendency.

Today I'm going to do stuff that I need to do around the house (like laundry) and maybe try to write more of the story I need to on ATACT. Plus some scanning I want to do as well as start on some icons. I spent a good deal of time yesterday looking up FMA sites due to the wicked cliffhanger we left on on Saturday. So cruel. The end is coming though, like one more episode.

Here's something I snagged from [livejournal.com profile] flamika and [livejournal.com profile] kawaiiayu:

Give me a testimonial to go in my userinfo, please~? ♥

I really hope to get some responses too. I'm kinda curious as to what y'all say...

Trivia of the day: Increasing herbicide use has created a jungle of at least 48 "super-weeds" that are resistant to chemicals.

Well, I finally did it. After putting it off for so long, I gathered my courage around me and did it. And the thing I feared would happen, happend. I ate some of my Pocky... and I LOVE it!!! OMGsogood! I had to put it away before I snarfed the whole package. And even though I bought two boxes, I must be careful, because I don't think there's anywhere around here that sells any. *sobs* But... I. Want. More. Damn you delicious Japanese snack food!!!

I went on a mini-snack buying spree. Mostly chocolate. I bought pudding, Snickers Popables and a package of mini Crunch bars. This is one of the signs of the Apocolypse. For I know that this means the Red Tide, is coming! *groans* My hormones are already gearing up. Now, it's only a matter of time. My doom is coming for me.

Overdramatic, maybe? Yes, but like I said, it's the hormones surging that are doing this too me. I'm not really cranky... yet. It depends on the actual Tide itself.

I'm having hair issues as well. I need a trim, but my stylist is on Maternity leave until February. My hair is at the point where it's looks limp and flat and bleh. Even blow drying it doesn't improve it all that much (although it's better than if I actually air dry it).

I was mondo busy yesterday. On top of taking grandma to her thing, I was washing my sheets and blanket as well as trying to reorganize my room somewhat. My space is pretty limited, so there's only so much I could do, but I was able to shuffle a few things so maybe my room doesn't quite have that 'refugee' look to it. I mean, it still does due to the boxes in there, but it's not quite as bad. Today is regular laundry day.

Trivia of the day: The early European umbrellas were made of wood or whalebone and covered with alpaca or oiled canvas.
