Well, I finally did it. After putting it off for so long, I gathered my courage around me and did it. And the thing I feared would happen, happend. I ate some of my Pocky... and I LOVE it!!! OMGsogood! I had to put it away before I snarfed the whole package. And even though I bought two boxes, I must be careful, because I don't think there's anywhere around here that sells any. *sobs* But... I. Want. More. Damn you delicious Japanese snack food!!!
I went on a mini-snack buying spree. Mostly chocolate. I bought pudding, Snickers Popables and a package of mini Crunch bars. This is one of the signs of the Apocolypse. For I know that this means the Red Tide, is coming! *groans* My hormones are already gearing up. Now, it's only a matter of time. My doom is coming for me.
Overdramatic, maybe? Yes, but like I said, it's the hormones surging that are doing this too me. I'm not really cranky... yet. It depends on the actual Tide itself.
I'm having hair issues as well. I need a trim, but my stylist is on Maternity leave until February. My hair is at the point where it's looks limp and flat and bleh. Even blow drying it doesn't improve it all that much (although it's better than if I actually air dry it).
I was mondo busy yesterday. On top of taking grandma to her thing, I was washing my sheets and blanket as well as trying to reorganize my room somewhat. My space is pretty limited, so there's only so much I could do, but I was able to shuffle a few things so maybe my room doesn't quite have that 'refugee' look to it. I mean, it still does due to the boxes in there, but it's not
quite as bad. Today is regular laundry day.
Trivia of the day: The early European umbrellas were made of wood or whalebone and covered with alpaca or oiled canvas.
