Well, my first day at my new job was interesting to say the least. I never knew just how much you had to know and remember for this particular job position. Since what we do involves posting charges to insurance companies and the like, accuracy is key. Plus, there's like a million codes you have to try to remember and if you're off by one, it could screw up everything. So I may be a little slow going for a bit. I'd much rather be accurate than fast. Still, there was a lot to absorb and I got a little anxious for a bit. It passed though and hopefully it'll start to sink in soon. Needless to say, I'm gonna be taking a lot of notes.

I hope that HR can get all my paperwork sorted out so I can get a log on screen. I can't access the computer if I don't have one. All employees have their own screen name and password so they can log onto the computer. I was never given one since I was only per diem and was working as a scanner and the scanning stuff has it's own screen name and password, which I can't use where I am now. Today the girl who was training me used hers so I could get onto the computer. However, I can't keep doing that indefinitely. My new supervisor e-mailed HR, so hopefully it'll all get straightened out soon.

Tomorrow I'm taking in the pictures I printed off as well as a few other things to try to personalize my little space a bit. Thanks to everyone who sent pictures. If anybody hasn't yet, you still can! Don't be shy!

My aunt is having minor surgery tomorrow on her bladder and I'll probably stop by and see her once I get off work. For some strange reason, I like visiting people in the hospital. I guess it's from all the times I was in there and felt good when someone would drop by.

Fandom-wise I picked up NANA 6 and Wild Adapter 2. I didn't find them in the regular manga section, but in a special section next to the sex books (not that I was looking at the sex books, it just happened to be in the same aisle as the movie books, honest). I guess that's where the "mature" manga titles are. I can understand why WA was in there (wrapped in plastic) but NANA (also wrapped in plastic)? Afterwards I read the volume and other than a brief boobage shot (which was nothing, really. Not even nipples), nothing worth being wrapped in plastic for. I'm surprised Inu Yasha doesn't get that treatment with all the boobage (and nipple) that it has.

Speaking of NANA, as pretty as Takumi is and as much as I drool over him, Nobu has definitely grown on me. A lot. Poor kid though. And I'm baffled as to why Hachi continues to stay with Takumi even though she knows the type of person he is. Is it because he's a hottie? Is it her fangirl admiration of him? Is the sex really that good? It'd almost half to be. *shrugs*
