Hey all. Long time no see. I know I haven't posted much. My life's been pretty mundane thus far. Besides I'm in one of those" I should just chuck the whole thing" moods I get now and again.
Anywho...
My TV is still broken. Right now it's nothing more than a large, cumbersome shelf for a couple of candles and whatnot. I went to Wal-Mart over the weekend and priced some of their LCD TV's. I think if I sell some of my eggs and blood plasma, I may be able to swing it.
I had wanted to start up with my WiiFit and the new Wii exercise thing I got after being away for too long. We all know where that went (see above).
I can still watch TV from my computer... albeit in a much smaller format. So there is that at any rate. And, since I popped in and watched Dirty Dancing again last night for the millionteenth time, I can play my DVD's on it too pretty decently.
And for those of you who have been living under a rock for the past several days, Michael Jackson died Thursday. So did Farrah Fawcett, but you'd be lucky to hear much about that. Billy Mays of OxiClean fame also died recently, but he chose the unfortunate time to have died soon after Jacko, so no one hardly knows. That kinda sucks.
Mom is making leeway to establish herself as a professional photographer. She's trying to set up a domain name, and e-mail address, a portfolio and business cards. While I am honestly and genuinely very happy for her, it makes me a bit frustrated since I can't seem to find my niche in this world. I don't want to wait until I'm almost 60 in order to establish myself. I'd like to go into proofreading or copy editing, but I've no clue where to even begin...
Well, time to sign out. Laters...
