Urg. I have a feeling The Red Tide is going to be rearing it's ugly head soon. As long as it gets it over with by Christmas, I should be fine. Maybe.

I narrowly avoided being creamed today driving into work. It had rained the night before, so the streets were wet. I was almost to my building when the truck in front of me slowed down considerably. I had to put my brakes on in order to avoid slamming into him. I slid on the slick road and had to swerve in order to right myself. Needless to say, I was freaked. I think I shaved a couple of years off my life and laid down some rubber on the street. O_o

We put up all our Christmas lights in our area. It looks quite nice! The lady I share the office with and I turn the lights off and work by the lights from the decorations (OK, and a couple of little desk lamps). The effect was quite nice!

We get a free lunch tomorrow for not having any errors for the month of November. To be honest, it's been awhile since we qualified...

Tomorrow we have a dinner with some friends of ours, for which we're bringing drinks. Saturday we have practice for the Christmas program at church and afterward I have a Body Shop party to attend! Yowza! This time of year is always so crammed with a gajillion stuff to do... I need a break after all of this.

i used to put up white xmas lights in my bedroom when iwas younger. i love the soft lighting and it just brings warm fuzzies.

Yeah, I did that too in our old house. I would turn off the lamps and just have the Christmas lights on. It was nice.

I still need to put my lights up in my window for Christmas. Maybe I'll have time this weekend. *checks schedule* Maybe.

that sounds good, maybe ill get more lights to put in the upstairs front windows (our bedroom and the office) since we neither of us is willing to get on the roof and our house is so tall itd look weird with it just on the bushes lol (which i still havent done yet maybe tomorrow if its sunny)

Yeah, I just don't want to wait until too late because then it would be pointless.
