snapdragon76: this is made of win and awesome (Bloooood)
Urg. I have a feeling The Red Tide is going to be rearing it's ugly head soon. As long as it gets it over with by Christmas, I should be fine. Maybe.

I narrowly avoided being creamed today driving into work. It had rained the night before, so the streets were wet. I was almost to my building when the truck in front of me slowed down considerably. I had to put my brakes on in order to avoid slamming into him. I slid on the slick road and had to swerve in order to right myself. Needless to say, I was freaked. I think I shaved a couple of years off my life and laid down some rubber on the street. O_o

We put up all our Christmas lights in our area. It looks quite nice! The lady I share the office with and I turn the lights off and work by the lights from the decorations (OK, and a couple of little desk lamps). The effect was quite nice!

We get a free lunch tomorrow for not having any errors for the month of November. To be honest, it's been awhile since we qualified...

Tomorrow we have a dinner with some friends of ours, for which we're bringing drinks. Saturday we have practice for the Christmas program at church and afterward I have a Body Shop party to attend! Yowza! This time of year is always so crammed with a gajillion stuff to do... I need a break after all of this.

Christmas Project 2008: It's not to late! Remember to go here and leave your name and address for me to send you a card!!

With an investment of $7,600, Hugh Hefner published the first "Playboy" magazine. There is no date printed on the first issue - now a collector’s item. The reason, according to Hef, is that he doubted anyone would expect a second issue to be printed.
