snapdragon76: this is made of win and awesome (Soleta)
I think I'm an electronics jinx. My iPod vomited on me today. I couldn't get my songs to play or even get it to shut off. It worked fine Saturday when I last used it, so I have no idea what happened to it. I didn't do anything to it that I don't ordinarily do. Curious. So I'm gonna go to Apple Support and see if I can find anything out. If not, then it's off to the Apple store to see if they can figure it out. I felt naked today without it.

But, I got my Runaways print in the mail today, so that brightened my day a lot! It looks gorgeous! I think I'm gonna have it framed. *preens*

Mom took a personal day today. She was feeling a little burned out with all of the overtime and extra work she's been doing. I hope she gets some relief soon…

I got the Spider-Man 3 novelization yesterday after we got done at the movie (Wild Hogs for the curious). And it won't spoil me in the slightest. I also go the Mirrorverse compilation with the New Frontier story Cutting Ties. I haven't fully read it yet, but I did skim through it some and found some very interesting variations I must say.

I also read some of the second Trinity Blood manga. *whistles* Boy, Fr. Leon is smokin'!! Those abs you could literally scrub clothes on. And I know I'm going to the special hell for saying that…

And finally, from [livejournal.com profile] myabita13:

Don't get me wrong. Abel is pretty darn dreamy too.

Let's enjoy some tea in our Special Hell, shall we?

The print arrived, yay!

Trinity Blood... I never could get into the series (and I really wanted to. Maybe I didn't watch for long enough to develop a strong feel for it), but I think I would like to check out the manga. Maybe I should give the series a second chance, everybody likes it.

I liked the Android... what was his name? He was my fave guy in that show ;-) Abel reminds me a lot of Vash (My brother says that Abel reminds him of Mitch Buchannan [Baywatch] *chuckles*)

Yay! Once I get it framed, I have a feeling I'm gonna stare at it for a long time...

Well, it can be a bit hard to follow at first, but I had heard others like it, so when it aired I thought I'd give it a try. The manga is different from the anime in parts, but it's good on it's own. Plus, lots of hot guys.

Tres. And, surprisingly, the VA who does the voice in English was the same one who did Ayame (and Kurabara from Yuu Yuu Hakusho). I was thrown too.
