I made those in response to my post a couple of days ago. I kinda get a kick out of 'em.

Those two I did yesterday. However, I will put up one I made a couple of months ago and feel like showing off:

I like the way this came out, actually. I had to blur a lot of the background due to the fact there were other elements on it. But, it created a cool effect, so I was pretty good.


I was watching 'Revenge of the Sith' earlier and something struck me. If Qui-Gon showed Yoda the Force Spirit technique, and he in turn showed it to Obi-Wan, who showed Anakin? I mean, at the end of 'Return of the Jedi' there he is, all Force Spirity. At the time Yoda was showing Obi-Wan, Anakin was completing his transformation as Darth Vader. Curious. I've never seen it explained anywhere.

Today we have a spaghetti dinner to go to in order to support the youth at our church's annual CIY trip. Of course, I think mom makes the best spaghetti, but I may be a bit a biased.

We're planning on going to my aunt's for Father's Day on Sunday. I need to send Dad an e-mail with my best wishes. Other than that, I have no idea what the weekend holds. I guess we'll have to see.

Trivia of the day: Twentieth Century-Fox studio cut all scenes showing physical contact between America's curly-haired darling Shirley Temple and Bill "Bojangles" Robinson in "The Little Colonel" in 1934 to avoid social offense and to assure wide U.S. distribution. Hey i love the icons. My "playboy" icons are still in limbo after a system crash. Half were recovered, but only the bases and not the final bits. *sulks* I need to redo them now.

And thank you for the compliment. I had made one originally that had the same text as the banner, but it was too small and didn't look right, so I decided to simplify it some.

And I like your current icon. Dark!Jacen still looks hot. How shallow am I?

I believe Vader is supposed to have figured it out on his own after seeing the way Obi-Wan just vanished during the duel in ANH. I'd have to dig to find you an exact source on that, but I'm pretty sure that is the "official" explanation.

Well, there's this from the Star Wars databank (http://www.starwars.com/databank/character/anakinskywalker/index.html). Interestingly, I note Wookiepedia (http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&ct=res&cd=1&url=http%3A%2F%2Fstarwars.wikia.com%2Fwiki%2FMain_Page&ei=1EagRNbED8Tc4QHE_PmLAQ&sig2=nuodomPdJzc7OTprvA6NCQ) gives two different answers, depending on whether you look up "force ghost" or "Darth Vader." And the TFN Unofficial Encyclopedia doesn't say a word about it.

I'm now really curious what the Visual Dictionary has to say on it, but since I am currently at work, I can't check.
