I downloaded a bunch of brushes and made some more icons. Mostly I was experimenting with different techniques and stuff. I like doing it, but it can be a bit frustrating since I seem to mostly be making them for myself...
The Shigure one is one I made yesterday that I thought turned out pretty good. What do you think?
I think I'm gonna take a bit of a break from iconage for a few days. Maybe refresh myself a bit. Renew my 'creative energy' as it were.
Yesterday we had bible study at a different house. It was a very nice house and very nicely decorated. She has a very nice sized pool and everything.
The lady who lives there also has a dog. He's 9 months old, but he looks full grown! I went to the door and said to my mom as he came to the door, "That's a puppy?" Still, he's a really sweet dog and he likes people and likes to jump on people (which his owner is trying to break him of). He also knows how to do some tricks like roll over and stuff. He's a Golden Retriever and his name is Hunter. I think he likes me because he kept following me around all night! *snickers* Yet another reason to use my Shigure icon!
I want to go and see HMC again today. It depends on how much gas I can afford and how much the weather cooperates. I suppose I could wait until next week, but I don't know if the theater that's playing will still be playing it then.
