Well, we didn't go out Friday night like we planned. It's been postponed for sometime later on this month, but we'll have to see. So Friday mom and I stayed in, watched 'Robin Hood Prince of Thieves' and ordered pizza, so it wasn't too bad.
Saturday mom, grandma and I went out to eat at a local BBQ place I picked for my birthday dinner. It was good. I hadn't eaten there in awhile which is why I picked it.
Yesterday, mom and I went to see 'Batman Begins.' It was very good. I really liked it. It had an element of darkness without being too dark. I mean, I liked the Tim Burton ones but the other two were a bit cheesy. This one is a good revival of the franchise. It made Batman's origin plausable and didn't stray too far from canon. I'd go and see it again and even buy it when it comes out on DVD. Mom commented to me that Christian Bale matured very nicely since he played Laurie on 'Little Women.' I definitely had to agree. ~_^
Speaking of which, Christian Bale --->HOT!!
Cillian Murphy (the Scarecrow) ---> HOT!!
Notice how I always make mention of a character's attractiveness? Man, I'm so shallow, but I'm just like any other single heterosexual gal!

I just got my copies of Furuba 11. I say copies, because I was sent two. I think I may have goofed on my ordering. Oh well. It's not the first time I have two copies of something...
