PHILISTINES!! I was reading along and I see all these pencils marks. I was like, "WTF?! Why is there writing in my new book?" My guess is someone was reading it in the cafe or something to pass the time and had a brain fart and wrote in it, totally forgetting the fact that they HADN'T BOUGHT IT!!!! Maybe because I grew up basically poor it instilled in me to take good care of what I did have since it couldn't be easily replaced. That, and it's just plain RUDE!

Except for coloring or sketch books. Otherwise NOOOOOOOOO!!! The only time I ever marked up a book was in college when I highlighted stuff in my textbooks for studying purposes. Even then I cringed a little.

Luckily they've been in pencil for the most art and easily erased. One was in INK though... o_O
