A lot of work suck going on. General stupidity and lack of communication between departments and from the upper echelons to us plebes. Needless to say, company morale is down the toilet and is so low it's in the double negatives. Why go through the trouble of hiring new people if you can't even bother to train them until nine months after you hire them and after they do everything wrong because they haven't been trained properly in the first place. You would think it would be less time consuming to do it that way so that people in my department don't have to waste time correcting errors that could've been avoided in the first place.

Plus we have all these new rules and guidelines we have to follow and it just makes things more difficult. Naturally they tell us these things in the middle of the day after we'd already done things the old way.

I really wish I knew what to do with my life. I have no real marketable skills, despite the fact I went to college and graduated with a pretty much useless degree. I have no talent in anything in particular to hone on anything. I mean, I wish I could find something a little more fulfilling to do with my life, but I just don't know what that is just yet.

Sorry for rambling on and such and being a little emo. I guess I just need to unleash a little bit. Thanks for reading those of you who did. I appreciate it.
