Happy Memorial Day everyone (aside from my Canadian friends, of course)!


Let's see... my weekend.

Friday:

Mostly more unpacking. We took a load of stuff to the storage place in the rain. That was fun. Luckily we finished before the real rain storm happened. It was a deluge. We even had hail!

Saturday:

Saturday was spent mostly doing various errands. Actually nothing particularly significant stands out. We did pick up some of our houseplants from my aunt's and we stayed a while chatting which was nice. We might've taken more stuff to the storage place, but I honestly don't remember...

Sunday:

Sunday we went to church and then to the grocery store. We were planning on taking more stuff to storage, but we didn't get around to it. Sunday was pretty lazy...

I did get to write some more of my Jiro story. I think I'm getting close to the end, which I'm happy about. As for my character... bubkes. Maybe something will come to me, I dunno.

I did read more of 'Saiyuki' I downloaded. I'm missing vol 6 of Reload, though. I wonder if someone has it...

Today we plan on taking yet more stuff to storage and going to see a movie. Other than that, not much else.

Trivia of the day: Winking at women, even to express friendship, is considered bad manners in Australia.
