I really like this song. It's so beautiful. I also like "Black Dove (January)" and "1,000 Oceans." I seem to gravitate to her more melancholy songs for some reason. I seem to do that a lot.

Anyway, my creative muse was really active yesterday. I made some wallpapers. 'Star Wars' ones. I still want to make a MARS one (or two). I like how they turned out, actually. See for yourself.

All the images came from the 'New Essential Chronology.'

What can I say. I've been a fan ever since the "Young Jedi Knights' series. Cut me some slack.

I have a textless version of the second one, but I forgot to do one for the first one. *facepalm*

I also have accompaning icons I made. I know, I've got a sickness.

How about the end of last night's 'CSI'? Mom said to me, "I'm not surprised. They've been hinting at it all season." Well, I was sort of surprised. I had heard rumors, but I didn't know how valid they were...

And I saw the title page from Furuba chapter 127. *squiiiiiish*

I was able to vacuum bag some of my clothes last night. That's kinda neat, actually. It sucks all the air out and leaves your stuff flattened. I have more i need to do today. Hopefully I can get quite a few of my clothes put away.

Trivia of the day: The G.I. Joe toy line got its name from the 1945 movie "The Story of G.I.Joe", which retold the story of war correspondent Ernie Pyle's days on the front lines. It starred Burgess Meredith and Robert Mitchum.

Ooh, where did you get the vacuum bog? Those sound really cool. Do you just do that to organize the clothes in your closet better?

When you're pressed for space you tend to become rather crafty, huh? ^__^

*sigh* I haven't watched CSI in a while *dang it*. Maybe I'll roll around in the re-runs for a while.

Found 'em at Wal-Mart, actually. Do they have Wal-MArt in Canada? Anyway they came in very handy. Mostly I used them to store some of my winter clothes since I won't be needing them for quite awhile. I also have one with some pillows that my grandma made as well as blankets and stuff.

Well, I basically had to do something with them since my closet isn't very big and I don't have a lot of storage space. As it is, I had to vacuum some of my other clothes and repack them to later on go into storage. I didn't think I had that much, but I guess I do...

You kinda have to, actually.

*gasp* You heathen! Get thee behind me, woman!!!

Reruns are good. Go. Go and watch now!!

Yes, we have Wal-Mart up here, unfortunately. Are they just bags, or do you get a vaccuum suction machine too?

Okay. You've convenced me ^__^v. I have got to see the reruns. I know that I've missed some good stuff too T__T.

Only the bags are special. I found them in the storage/closet stuff area. Basically it looks like a large Ziploc bag, but it has this round black valve thingy that you hook the hose of the vacuum too in order to suck out the air after you fill it. It's pretty easy to use. The even comes with a travel size.

Yes! Reruns are your friends...

Huh. Those sound really cool. I used large ziplock bags for that purpose during my backpacking trip. I didn't know I could get the real thing at W-M. I'll definitely check those out next time!

If not, try someplace like 'Linens 'n Things' or 'Bed Bath and Beyond.'

The travel size'd be perfect for backpacking. You don't even need a vacuum. You just roll the air out of it.

We don't have those stores here, but we have stores like them in bigger cities (i.e. not near me). I'll look for them the next time I'm at W-M or one of those stores,. :)

Good luck!

I think the brand name is "Space Saver."

No prob! In fact, I have to go tomorrow and get more since I have some stuffed animals I need to vacuum for storage. Takes up less space that way.
