I swear, online bill paying has made life so much easier. I just took a few minutes, entered some info, pressed a few buttons and voila! Done and done. I love it. Besides, a lot of my stuff is due around the time we move, and with all of that going on, I don't want to have to worry about if I sent my bills off or not.

Speaking of which, it looks like we might be staying with my aunt after all. I don't mind, really. She has a very nice house. The cats are going to be staying with the nurse that my mom works with. She said she'd take them in for the roughly five days that we'll be "in limbo" as it were. Mom took care of all the necessary stuff that was needed in order to set things up at our new place. Officially, we move everything out on Saturday. So Friday will probably be my last day online for awhile. Hopefully I won't be missing too much in my absence, but I have a feeling I will be. I just hope the last chapter of Death Note comes out before I have to sign off.

Now, onto the important stuff:

*facepalm* I almost said "lj-cute." Anyway, it looks as though that abusive, smug, lying bastard got acquitted. Veronica was on the verge of tears and Logan looked completely crushed. Naturally he had a completely oily lawyer to help him wiggle out of a conviction. *stabs* And it seems the rumors going around about Woody have a merit of truth to them. I mean, I myself was leaning a bit that ways myself, but I wonder how much of it was tainted by the internet. And it looks a though Lucky won't be stalking Gia anymore. Especially since he got the brilliant idea to show up to the school waving a gun around (albeit filled with blanks but still, not smart Lucky. Not smart). The campus security guard put two slugs in the poor schmuck, so he's down and out for good. And whoa Wallace for tackling him when he had his sights set on Jackie. How gallant our Wallace is.

Jackie's dad got out of jail... due to the testimony of the casino owner who he owed money too. And believe me, he didn't do it out of the goodness of his heart. No sirree. He did if on account of what Keith said.
Basically that you can't squeeze blood form a stone, or, in this case, get money owed you from a guy in jail.

There were some cute Beav and Mac moments. Basically Weevil wanted help on his algebra so he could graduate like he promised his grams. First, he went to Veronica, but she was too busy with her own studies to be able to help him. Then she roped Beaver into helping him in exchange for Weevil fixing his car that got keyed by accident (or was it). Beaver was a bit hopeless in this situation which wasn't helped at all by Weevil intimidating the crap out of him. Mac overheard and was willing to lend a hand in trying to explain things. So that led to some study sessions and, while there was some snark, there was also cuteness. Of course, if the rumors about the Beav being behind the bus crash are true, it'll totally ruin any chances they may have again.

LoVe sighting:

Well between the trial and the 'incident' that happened last time, Logan and Veronica have been kind of avoiding each other for the most part. Still, she was able to swallow her pride and ask him a question about Lucky, which he answered, but without the sprinkling of playful snark as usual. He was kind of subdued, actually throughout most of this episode, but then he does have quite a bit on his mind, after all. Like I said before, if I don't get a decent ending with these two, I might have to hurt someone...



I just hope I'm able to watch the season finale next week, or else I'll die a little inside.

BTW, pinnacles or umadoshi do either of you have the Tori song, "A Sorta Fairytale"? Part of it was being played at the end of "Everwood" Monday and I liked it. I didn't see it in the song lists from the ones you sent me.

Fandom-wise I heard the CMX has licensed "Victorian Romance Emma". I heard about it through "And Shine Heaven Now" (a Hellsing doujinshi) and it looked to be interesting. I don't know when the first volume is coming out, though.

Yeah, I'll be glad when all of this is over and done with. Currently, sine the bed I was sleeping on has been sold and removed, I'm sleeping on a sleeping bagon the floor. I look foreward to having an actualy bed to sleep on, although the current sleeping arraingement is a bit curious...

I can't wait until the VM finale! I have a hard time believing they will be able to tie everything up in a satisfying way, but I can't wait to find out. :D
