I hate taking showers on cold mornings. For that brief time before the water warms up, you're exposed, naked as the day you were born, to the elements. Then, after you finish, and you're wrapped in the warm coccon of the heated air within the shower, you have to step out, covered in water as the colder outer air hits you. All I have to say is, better dry off quick.

The icons are... coming along. They don't quite look exactly how I want them to so they're still 'works in progress' you could say. I downloaded some more brushes, so I might give them a whirl. I did finish my Jyuunishi bookmarks, though. Actually there's more than 12 since I included Tohru, Kyo and Akito. I found some pics I can use for my NANA ones.

I think the Red Tide is headed my way. I'm breaking out more and my chocolate craving has returned. Joy.

We're going out to dinner tonight with a friend of ours who moved away a couple of years ago due to a job change. I need to remember to tape CSI tonight since it's the return of Lady Heather. I'm pretty excited. Mostly because I like going out to eat. Although it's not evident by looking at me.

Trivia of the day: An elementary rule of mushroom collecting is never to place edible and poisonous specimens together. The slightest touch may contaminate.

I actually like that cold air after taking a shower, but then I don't really like being too warm anyway. To each her own. ^_-

Me, I like being comfortably warm. Not too hot, not too cold. I'm a snugler on cold days. The fact I actually have to expose all of my skin on cold days just makes me want to cry sometimes.

Well I do to, because you get clean that way. In the really hot part of summer, I may turn to the cold just after I finish though, just for a refresher.

Oh, I completely understand about the showers on cold mornings thing. The worst part is that I live in Syracuse, NY where the winters can get insanely bad. So, every now and then someone will have the bright idea of opening the window in the bathroom to get some "fresh air" in there... especially when it's snowing up a storm outside. -_-; I hate going into the bathroom in my bathrobe when that happens. But nice warm showers on cold mornings are really relaxing. Makes me wish I had a bathtub sometimes. ^^;
