snapdragon76: this is made of win and awesome (Cloud/Tifa (flamika))
It's a little nippy this morning. According to my little Weather Channel square on my taskbar, it's 61° F outside (or to my Canadian friends: 16° C). Chilly for us down here. It's supposed to get into the 40's sometime tonight. *shivers*

Well, I went and saw GoF again yesterday. I was able to pick-up on the few things I didn't catch when I saw it before. Like the fact that Draco's two flunkies Crabbe and Goyle both have parents who are Death Eaters and that Barty Crouch Jr. was responsible of the deaths of Neville's parents who were Aurors. You book readers are all smug in the knowledge of all of this already, but give me my moment, OK? And I still swooned over Cedric...

Well, I got my Image Transfer to working, so I'm gonna upload all of the pictures I took of my goodies and hopefully post them tomorrow.

I also received notice that my copy of Furuba 12 is being shipped to me... at my old address. All this after I made sure to change my address so I wouldn't have to mess with misplacing it once it arrives at my old house. But, for the most part, our landlord seems to be leaving the mail alone. I just hope I can actually receive said volume due to the huge mail snafu we seem to be under. *grumble*

I've been reading Dave Barry lately and I swear, he seriously cracks me up. I had tears rolling down my face last night.

I'm gonna be changing my profile a bit. I want to snazz it up a little... and I do mean snazz.

Well, that's it for today it seems. L8R!

I LOVE Dave Barry! I used to read his articles every sunday (back in N.O.), but they don't run them up here in boring old Alexandria...

I know.

Our paper doesn't carry him either, so I have to read the books.

Wow, 16 celcius is toasty for us. I am very jealous. It's about -2 or something here.

Well, for us down here in Florida who are used to warmer temps, it's a bit chilly. I don't know if I'd be able to handle Canadian winters after being down here for so long.

Thanks for sending me this LJ!

A lot of exchange students from warmer climates have a REALLY hard time adjusting to the weather here in the winter!

Uhhh, you're welcome?

Yeah. I spent a winter with my dad in Michigan once, and although I liked the snow, I was still really cold...

The first part was to LJ, not you. :P They're sending many late comments we didn't get at all before.

Oh, yeah. Me too. Some of which I'd answered already, but most I didn't So I had to tell people why I was responding to them late.

Heh heh, wimp! It's not been in the 60's here for a while. That's actually closer to Spring-Summer weather for us. ^_- (And I won't be too smug about the books. I've not seen the movie yet.)

I miss Dave Barry! We used to carry his Sunday article in the local paper, but he seemed to vanish after 2001. (I guess no one wanted comedy then...) Have you read his book, 'Dave Barry Does Japan'?

>P I'm a Floridian, so cut me a little slack here, huh?

Let me know what you think of the movie once you get around to actually watching it.

Yes, I know what you mean. Although our paper never carried him, so I can only offer sympathy vicariously. And yes, I do have that book! I loved the part where they're trying to figure out the cuisine... with little sucess.
