I have this sinking feeling we're gonna end up evacuating. I don't know all the details as of yet. And of course, I'm worried. I feel I have a legitimate reason to be. Frances is a lot stronger than Charley was and it looks to be headed straight for us. There are several factors to consider here. Aside from the massive potential property damage and the injury factor, the main thing I'm worried about is being homeless. Either that, or finding a gaping hole in the side of my house. We have a decent sized oak tree in our back yard. Now, the tree itself I believe to be fairly well anchored, but it has a few dubiously attached limbs that might decide to break free and land on our house. My bedroom happens to be directly underneath. Power loss is something I wouldn't exactly be thrilled with (since I'd be cut off from everyone on here), but I could deal with it.
On a brighter note (hey, find 'em where you can), my fangirl showed up on Shine. Mine's the one going, "I just think Alucard is the shiznit!!" The link on my name leads to here.

Words to live by, now especially.

No power isn't too bad, esp. in summer. Good excuse for candles and acoustic music. ^_^ *optimism!*
