snapdragon76: this is made of win and awesome (Hakkai *drooool* (xskadi))
*sign in the Mexican restaurant we ate at tonight* I wonder what they mean by that? Is it a delicacy? Do they serve the members of the group? Do they serve them up on platters? What is it? But then, I'm just an ignorant gringa so I have no clue whatsoever.

I'm going to move to the OB/GYN place on Monday. I'm gonna miss working at the main building. Mostly some of my co-workers. Well, except for these couple of guys. They're college age and work part time and all it seems they do is bitch and moan. Mostly in regards to the way the work stations are left after these two older ladies (who also work part time) leave for the day. Now, if they were left in disarray it would be one thing, but they're not. It's just they work a bit differently than the guys do and they always seem to complain about it. Plus, there's a radio there that is kept on a neutral station, mostly oldies and the guys complain about that too. I'm thinking, "What is the big damn deal. You all have your own music you listen to through headphones, so you shouldn't even hear it. Let the rest of us without the benefit of personal music *points to self* have a nice distraction in the background. *insert an insult based on the male anatomy here*"

On the plus side, I got paid today, so that's a good thing!

Trivia of the day: Edward VII had a highly respected reputation as a leader of fashion. As a result, it was assumed he invented the world-famous Windsor knot after he abdicated in 1936 and became Duke of Windsor. According to Sarah Giddings, fashion trend researcher, the tie knot may well have been the brainchild of his father, George V. George was photographed in the 1920s wearing a tie knotted in what appeared to be the never-before-seen Windsor knot.
