...except it makes you have to go to the bathroom more often.
I just want to thank everyone for their support as I was going through a difficult moment. Things are much better now. Once things were out in the open, the air has cleared conciderably. I'm still gonna be on the cautious side, but things aren't nearly as tense as they were.
Saturday night was the chili cook-off at our church. Mom made some to enter. Actually, there were 15 participants. Mom's was called "Sweet n' Spicy, Thick n' Hearty Mexican Chili." I thought it was pretty clever myself (since I was the one who thought of it). She didn't win though. I didn't have any chili since I'm not overly fond of it myself. There were hot dogs there and so I ate one of those as well as some corn bread (odd combo, I know). I also snacked on the Chex Party Mix there (mostly the pretzels). Afterward, there was some trivia. Our team won. It was pretty fun.
Sunday (as almost everyone knows) was the Super Bowl. I myself have never been a big football fan, so mom and I watched a movie while checking the score on occasion. We were rooting for Seattle since they were the underdog, but they didn't win. I got to see a few of the commercials, though.
I have a few Furuba icon ideas that I want to try out, as well as do the final touches on my Furuba bookmarks, so hopefully I'll be able to work on those some. I need to do major catching up on my FL, since I wasn't really able to yesterday. Yikes!

Trivia of the day: Nutella is a hazelnut spread made with skim milk and cocoa. It is virtually unknown in America, but European children have happily smeared it on breakfast croissants for decades.
