snapdragon76: this is made of win and awesome (Jaina Solo)
Anyone see the Robot Chicken Star Wars special last night? Hi-larious! My favorite bit (aside form the Palpy office scene) was the one with the two Space Slugs ordering takeout after failing to get the Millenium Falcon. *snickers*

Man, I feel like I've gotten the shit beaten out of me. And tomorrow doesn't look much better. I know I mentioned I've been having lulls lately, but this is ridiculous. Are they gonna work me into the ground my last week?

Mostly I had File Backs to do. I had to take loose documents and make sure they were filed into the right charts. There was just a ton from Family Practice. Then, on top of that, there was charts I had to file back, which came in fairly regularly. It may not seem like much written down, but I never had a chance to sit down for even five minutes today, except for lunch.

Tomorrow I have appointments to pull and a ton of Dermatology charts to file back, as well as the various Fam. Practice and OB/GYN to file as well on top of the rest of the Derm File Backs. I'm gonna be dead before the week is out.

Father's Day was very pleasant. We went over to my aunt's ad had a cookout. The food was very very good. Desert was the best part, I think. I called Dad and he was very appreciative.

Mom and I went to the gym together Saturday. It was very nice, actually. We swan a few laps in the pool and then took a dip in the hot tub afterwards. After I've been working full time for awhile, I plan on obtaining a membership. They have Yoga and Pilates classes at night, so I can go after work a few days a week.

OK, everyone. So far I've only gotten three pictures. Three. Not gonna cut it. There are some of you who are out of town or moving/packing ect so you have a legitimate excuse. The rest of you don't. So step up a little bit. Please. This means a lot to me and I'd appreciate appreciation. I hate to seem like a nag and a bitch. I really do.

I've gotta set aside some time to take my shower. Too much stuff on TV tonight. *sigh*

Remember to respond to this post. I want your pictures and I'm gonna keep on pestering you all until I get what I want... *tweeheehee*

I got my MOO cards in the mail today. They're pretty neat looking. I dunno what I'm gonna do with them exactly, but they were free, so...

Work went well today. Lately I've been having a lot of free time. I guess it's due to being caught up with most of everything that comes in. I feel bad because I don't want people to think I'm being idle or anything. It's just there isn't a whole lot to do anymore a lot of the time. Toward the end of the day, though a lot of "to be filed" documents that came in and I spent the majority of the time putting the Medical Records Numbers on them. Monday I get to file them away. How's that to start my last week in Med Recs, eh?

I am so overjoyed that I get to sleep in tomorrow! I used to have to get up by at least 8:30 so I could eat breakfast and eventually eat lunch again before going into work. Now, I don't have to worry about that. But I'll tell ya, it was weird this week not working on Wednesday and it threw me off a bit.

To dad: I hope you have a pleasant Father's Day on Sunday. I know I can't be there with you, but I'll be thinking of you a lot! I love you!!

Mom and are are maybe, possibly considering kinda sorta moving to Tennessee in a couple of years or so. Now, nothing is definite, it's just that it's something we may be considering for the near future. Mom's always wanted to live up there and she wanted to do it while she can still enjoy it. She says she sees too many patients come in with too many regrets. Me, I'd be happy up there, I think. I've got nothing really holding me here. No relationships and I'm not in school. Plus grandma's not here anymore, so there'd be no reason to stay for her. I'm kinda sick of Florida. I miss the change of seasons and actual landscape. True, it'll be colder, but I think I can endure. So mom and I are gonna sit down this weekend probably and discuss and possibly come up with a plan of some sort.

It was pouring buckets on the way home from work today, which I then had to drive in. Such fun. And I'm not talking a nice drizzle. I'm talking deluge. I had to stop by Wal-Mart first because I needed some stuff for lunches then I had plans to stop for gas, but it was too rainy, so I just went home. I fixed some hot cider and a S'mores Pop-Tart and changed out of my wet clothes and into my pj's. So I feel very comfy now.

Oh, and a small project for you all. Whenever I eventually go over to my new job, I want to decorate my workspace with pictures of my friends. So, if you would, if you'd like to send me pictures of you so I can print them off and put them on my workspace. You can e-mail them to me if you'd like (or post in a comment, either/or). My e-mail addy is in my profile.
