To be honest, I was secretly hoping that the main character would meet up with some equally adorable male supporting character. My old romantic's heart can't help it, but then I suppose it would undermine the whole independent girl power message of the movie. Still, she reminds me of a better rendered Jane from Jane and the Dragon. Both are red-headed and equally feisty.

Yeah, I'm a bit of a romantic too (check my previous entry with the book review for more evidence of that). But, we still don't know what happens in the film itself, so time will tell.

And I've seen a few episodes of Jane and the Dragon. And the look does remind me of that a little bit. I was a fan of the dragon, though. He was a lot of fun.
