Well, today I discovered my POS car decided to act up and rev like crazy. Mom drove it around for a bit and thought that it's not wanting to shift into the next gear. I only hope I can have someone fix it AT MINIMAL COST because I'm DEAD ASS BROKE STILL!!!

So she's taking me into work tomorrow and we have to leave semi-early so I can go to the bank and deposit my check before they close.

Also, Hurricane Ike is coming to KICK OUR ASSES. JOY!

MAN, LIFE IS GOOD!!!!!

On the plus side, we had the cable guys come and fiddle with our cable modem since it likes to act wonky. Also, they are both anime/scifi fans, so I was able to geek out all over the place and I SHOWED OFF MY LIGHTSABER!!!! YEAH!!!!

I don't whip it out for just anyone, you know...

And work has been dull. I posted everything on Tuesday and so therefore I have nothing to post for the past few days. I dunno what tomorrow will bring. In the meantime, I've been entertaining myself with TV Tropes. Yes, at work. I'm so naughty...

Well, I work in the next small city over and our public transportation sucks ass, so I really don't have much of a choice...
