Going to the gym is fascinating for a people watcher such as myself. I can tell the "hard core" people from the semi-regulars. There was even a 13-year-old girl who was working out like a pro!
I can definitely tell the difference between coming in earlier than later. For one thing, I got an a treadmill almost right away. For another, it was easier to find a parking place.
I think I may have to find a different pair of earphones for my iPod. The lanyard ones I have are fine, except they want to fall out of my ears. I need something that'll stay put. In addition, I'll need to get a "thingy" to put my iPod in if I do get new earphones. I also need to look into getting more exercise clothes, especially if I'm going to be doing this with any regularity. I mean, the ones I have are fine, but I only have one or two set and I'll need to switch out more.
I also want to get a footrest for work. I use copy paper boxes (that do NOT have Dunder Mifflin on them alas), but I keep destroying them, so I need something more durable.
My movies came in, but since I didn't get home until after the office closed, I have to wait until tomorrow to pick them up. *fnarl*
I almost had a panic attack today. I went to get something to eat after the gym, but when I went to pay, I didn't have my debit card. I freaked for a minute, then I thought to where I used it last and it was to get gas on Monday, when I stuck it in my back pocket of my pants. I come home, sure enough, it's there. I am so relieved! I thought I'd have to cancel it for certain!
Well, since I missed getting food before, I guess I'll go get something now. Laters!
