Well, today was my last day in Medical Records. While I'm extremely happy that I'm moving forward, I will miss the people I worked with. But, we can keep in touch, so that'll be nice.
They had a little thing for me. A card and a gift bag with some goodies (S'More Pop-Tarts and packets of hot chocolate) and some bite sized chocolate mini cupcake-y things with cream and a chocolate shell. Yes, love my technical language.
Still, the way my personality is, I feel sorta like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak. I know nothing is probably gonna go wrong or anything, but with any big change, I worry about the possibility of something going wrong. I hate that. I wish I didn't do that, but it still happens. Argh!!
And of course, the Red Tide has to rear it's considerably ugly head yesterday. *eyeroll* Trying to get any sleep last night was such fun, especially considering that I went home early kinda sick (mostly RT related). I feel fine now, though. No need to worry or anything.
I honestly have no idea what we're doing tomorrow. Mom is taking my Aunt to somewhere that someone she knows from work lives and he has a Wildlife Reserve nearby or something. I've never been since my tolerance of that sort of stuff is borderline.
Not much going on fandom-wise. I haven't seen an new volumes of any of my series lately. As it is, I'm in the middle of several books right now, so just trying to keep track of all of that.
Have a nice weekend everyone!
