Nice going on the job! You should be good at that and I know you'll like it. As to the shootings, I don't know what more I can add to what you guys have already said. Having just come back from Germany where nobody owns guns, I have to wonder anew why it is we have such a love affair with them. It almost seems like these school shootings happen in groups - like monkey see-monkey do. It angers and sickens me and I fear every day for not only my own grandchildren but for every child, and adult, in public schools today. It is a sad commentary on our society.
