Well, yesterday was our first day at church without grandma being there. It was pretty hard. She was such a presence there and it feels strange for her not being there. But we'll be OK. Eventually.

Anyway, tomorrow I have to go and help my aunt do more clean up at the apartment. I've been washing the dishes because we want them to be clean before we decide to sell them or whatever the plan is to do with them. And grandma had natural gas so everything had a thin (and sometimes thick) film of residue as a result. So I've been using Windex (as well as regular dish soap) to clean the heaviest residued stuff. It really works pretty good, too. I finished with the majority of the dishes over the weekend, but now there's some pots and pans and silverware to be finished up. And the hot water was turned off, so I have to wash them in cold.

I got majorly bit by the crative bug this weekend. I mad icons up the wazoo. I posted them on starshine76 if ya wanna look.

I need to go to Wal-Mart sometime today to get more plastic storage boxes. I'm trying to rearrange some things in my room so I can try and make room for the stuff I had stored over at grandma's. That'll be a chore in itself. I made some progress already yesterday, but I still have more I need to do. Wish me luck.

The new Allegra I'm on is making me very thirsty. It's a little annoying.

Trivia of the day: To say "hello" in Sri Lanka, a person must place their palms together under the chin and bow slightly.

Yeah. We have until the 10th to be out, but my aunt wants everything out by this coming weekend.

Heh, thanks. I still need to get more storage containers, but I made some progress. I still need to figure out where I'm going to put my box o' shoes... *sighs*
