Eeek, now there's like an automatic interest meme thing where you don't have to go through and write down each third interest by hand! Awesome.
Strictly a novel series, it follows the adventures of a somewhat cavalier captain and his crew.
I occasionally wish someone would turn it into a TV series, but then that person couldn't use the book plots because each episode would last like, five hours. Not that that would be bad or anything.
And then my vision of NF could be ruined forever, especially if they give Calhoun really pale skin (a la the cover of "Being Human") because there I'll be sitting, watching the show and thinking, "No! He was born on a desert planet! He has tanned skin, dammit!"
Now he just needs to get over his old girlfriend and everything will be all set...
I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but the way things were headed at the end of "After the Fall", I think Kalinda and Xyon have a good chance of getting together again. Woe. But on the off-chance that Soleta and Xyon did hook up, I think Calhoun's reaction to the news would be absolutely hilarious.
