Well, I kinda had a bit of a crappy day today. As some of you may know, I had my colonoscopy on Friday (everything is fine FYI) and I had to take some tim off in order to so. Just two days. When I came back today, I find a large pile of charges on my desk to be posted. This seems to always be the case for some reason or another. Whenever anyone else is gone for a certain amount of time, it is emphasized to us that we need to help post what comes in for them. Fine. I have no problem with this 99.9999% of the time.
What I do have a bit of a problem with is the fact whenever I am out of the office for any period of time, NO ONE helps with posting anything of mine that might come in. No I understand that my Rheumatology charges can be a bit difficult. Leave them for me to do if need be. But the rest of the stuff that comes in is pretty easy and can be posted pretty quickly.
So I wasn't too happy to find the previously mentioned pile upon my desk. As a matter of fact, I can sum up my feelings pretty much like this:

Forgive my poor art skills. I did this at lunch at work originally and tweaked it a bit in PS when I got home. Regardless, DaVinci I ain't.
So it got to the point that by then end of the day, overworked, tired and super stressed, my mood did not improve any. So much so that I felt like this at one point:

No, I did not actually burn everything on my desk. I just felt like it.
So, maybe my mood will be better tomorrow. Maybe not. We do get a free lunch for being error free, but I don't know if that will improve my outlook or not...
