Wow. A lot of stuff happened to me over the weekend. I shall go in order since it's easier for me to rememeber it that way...
Friday:
We got around to watching 'Cold Mountain' on Friday. It was a pretty good movie, actually. There was this one steamy love scene (of course, most any love scene with Jude Law in it would be steamy. *rowr*). It wasn't too bad, it's just my mom was there and I suddenly felt as though I was watching porn for some reason...
Saturday:
The majority of the day was pretty uneventful. Sometime in late morning, early afternoon, a baby bird had fallen from it's nest and was on the ground. It was still alive, so mom and I gave it a few drops of water (it was a thirsty lil' thing) and looked for it's nest. It turns out, it was a hole in one of the dead branches of our grapefruit tree. So, we gently tucked it back in and left it at that. Mom made sure she wore gloves when she picked it up, though.
And I got my copy of Furuba 9!!! Whooo! I wrote up a review at
ryudoshi.
Then, later that afternoon, we went to see 'Star Wars Episode III.'
This one is by far the best out of the prior ones. Cheesy dialogue aside, it ruled!! There were a few moments I choked up, like the Temple massacre. The actions scenes were the best, though. Like Yoda's fight with Palpatine in the Senate chambers. Yoda totally kicks ass, no question. And then there was the lightsaber duel between Anakin and Obi-Wan. When they were floating on those platforms on the lake of lava! Whoa!! Then, afterwards, when Obi-Wan was pleading with Anakin (after he had chopped of his legs and one good arm). It was very emotional. I'd go see it again just to catch the stuff you tend to miss the first time around.
Sunday:
Nothing spectacular happened then, only I was able to gather up enough courage to introduce myself to the guy I have a total crush on. That was a big step for me since I'm totally shy when it comes to stuff like that. Now, hopefully, I'll be able to be courageous enough to maybe hold a conversation with him at some point. *blushes*
Also, I made me a nifty icon. I'm pretty proud of it, actually.

What do ya think? I also have an idea (or two) for a Rin one from vol. 9. They came to me as I was waiting for 'Star Wars" to start.
And still no TriMax 5!!! *glares at Postal Service*
