Spider issues and Hot Gimmick

Why do the spiders seem to like my bathroom so much! Everytime I go in there, there's more of them!! I keep killing 'em and killing 'em and still they come! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

Mom got back safely from Missouri last night. now she's home trying to get things unpacked and stuff. She threw her knee out somehow last night, so she's limping around the house.

I'm gonna be culling some of my icons either later on today or tomorrow. I want to switch some out and add some new fandoms in there. You'd think having 50 would be plenty...

I'll be posting on the latest Furuba chapter tomorrow, so stay tuned...

For the moment, I shall be talking about 'Hot Gimmick.' Now, I know this probably goes on Incoherant Babbling, but i've decided to put it on here instead.

I've finished reading the next two volumes (3 & 4) yesterday. I will say this though, I can see why people like it so much! The art is good and the storyline is very intense. As for characters, I'm really starting to like Ryoki, even if he acts like a jackass a good deal of the time. Lately, I've beginning to see a bit of a soft side to him, in particular towards Hatsumi. Now, he still acts pretty jerkishly towards her, but due to the fact he's starting to fall for her, he's been a bit better. Not to say there haven't been times I wanted to reach through the book and give him a good throttling or two. And I've also noticed, particularly in book 4, that Asuza's begining to feel a bit of remorse for treating Hatsumi so rotten (as well he should). I don't really know how that's going to play out, yet. And I seriously think that Akane and Subaru are really cute together!! They're totally different, but Subaru's a really nice guy who'd treat Akane with the respect she needs and not seeing her a simply a piece of tail. And I really like Shinogu even if I think the whole dynamic between him and Hatsumi is a bit creepy. I mean, I know Asuza said something to the fact that he isn't her real brother (a mystery I hope is explored more), I still think he feels a bit "more than brotherly" towards her if you get my meaning. That fact aside, I sorta see him and Subaru's sister as a couple. Don't ask me why!

Well, that's all on that at the moment. I shall go and eat lunch and then see about doing the icon shuffle!!

I get all sorts of critters in my bathrooms for some reason. Maybe it has easy access or some thing. I doubt it's because they wanna see me go to the bathroom!!

I think that Subaru and Akane are really cute together. I think you're right, they are opposites and Akane really needs that kind of influence in her life. I mean, at the beginning of the series she had got Hatsmu to get her a pregnancy test... and she was only like 14 at the time. Subaru... collects Gundams. ^^

I still think Shinogu's feelings for Hatsumi are kinda creepy. But, I have a wierd feeling that it's really gonna hit the fan between him and Ryoki. I could be wrong though.

I mean, Subaru may not be quite the bishie that the other guys are, but he's cute in his own way...

And I'm still curious about the comment the Asuza amde about Shinogu not being Hatsumi's real brother. Irregardless, it's still kind freaky. I'll take 'im though!!!

lol, yeah Shinogu really is a nice guy... especially compared to Ryoki.

I can tell that this is going to be a long series. It's taking so long for the characters to develope. But that's okay, the author gives lots of little clues which keeps it very interesting.

Thank you for the sympathy. Spiders aren't the only critters that like to come in to my bathroom. I get other little insects and even roaches!! Blech!!

Yes he is. *coughandhottoocough* I have a Shinogu icon on my GJ. But, Ryoki is starting to grow on me some. I look forward to reading more so I can see just what happens.

Oy vey. I still have to find a way around my storage problem with all the manga I've been getting.
