Blargh!

Man, I tell ya, my allergies went haywire this weekend. It was really windy on Saturday which stirred up a bunch of pollen and crap. So on Sunday, my allergies decided to let me know they were still active and in full force. I felt like utter crap most of the day. Plus, Mom and I had to get together little craft bags of the craft we'll be doing at the Ladies Retreat this coming weekend. Lots of little small beads that had to be counted and sorted. Joy. I feel a bit better today, though.

OK, after much deliberation and contemplation, I decided to bite the bullet and do it. To come out of the closet as... A Kelly Clarkson fan! Yes, it's true. I fully admit it. I like her songs and think they're catchy. But, don't fret. I doubt it's contagious.

I'm so proud of myself! I made a banner for the new forum! It looks pretty good, too.



Pretty nifty, eh? I got it right the second try. That's how it ususally is though, so no biggie.

I broke down yesterday and bought the first two volumes of 'Hot Gimmick.' I really like it so far. I might go into more detail on Incoherant Babbling (after I actually get around to posting the other stuff, first). That's the way I'll probably have to do it. Next month, I might buy the next three and so on. Hopefully I'll be able to catch up.

Aaaannnnnndd, good news on the employment front! I got sent a notice from Monster that there was a job opening for a company in Orlando that needs a Web/Internet Researcher! A perfect job for me since I do that sort of thing all the time!! I filled out a Monster resume and sent it off, so we'll have to see what happens! I told mom about it and she said maybe it was someting I could do from home and I was like, "Sweeeet! That would be fantastic!!" It has benefits, too, so that's even better!!!

Yes, I have been sucked into the 'Hot Gimmick' vortex (and lovin' every minute of it). But Hatsumi's brother is starting to creep me out a little. I think he likes her in more than a brotherly way. Of course, I found out that he's not really her brother and that made me feel a little bit better.

And I think Ryoki's actually starting to *gasp* *shock* *horror* like Hatsumi!!! I'd think they'd be cute together if only he'd remove the stick from up his ass (oh, and treat her better).

Sorry for gushing... and I've only read the first two volumes! I so need to buy more, but I don't want to break the bank...

It's mostly as show where a bunch of semi-celebrities (mostly comedians) discuss the latest events that happened over the past week or so. It's pretty funny, actually. It's on VH1.

*sigh* I really shouldn't say anything, there's much more messed-upedness to come.

1. I've still got this feeling that Ryoki is actually a nice guy underneath all of this, and that maybe all of it is starting to have a purpose, although my feelings on that are kinda changing after v.7 and 8.

2. I'm just dying for when Hatsumi's gonna get fed up with it all and start really thinking about herself and figuring out her own feelings instead of being pushed into them all the time.

Are we gonna have our own message board for atact? I think we should I've been playing around with my own board with proboards, its actually pretty easy to upkeep. I think we should do it, i mean I love clasp, but it would be so easy if we had our own board.

You are allowed your gush. I sorta know a little bit about what happens furhter since I skimmed through some of the later volumes but I no nothing concret since all I did was skim through them. Hopefully I'll be able to buy more volumes so I can catch up some.

1. I sorta got the impression that there's more to Ryoki than being a jerk. I mean, a true jerk wouldn't have gotten all worked up over that kiss he had with Hatsumi (even though he sorta forced her to do it). I look forward to seeing what lies underneath all his layers.

2. As do I. I hope she starts listening to her inner voice more since it seems to be a bit bolder than she actually is.

I'm very eclectic when it comes to music tastes. I like a large variety. I like rock, alt, pop, oldies, classical, jazz, blues, ect...

I'm not very fond of stuff like heavy metal or rap or hip hop, that kinda thing...

I've been discussing it with Stampers. Mostly it's for 'future' storylines, but we may have to move the regular storyline over there as well since we keep growing so much (I mean, 41 threads).

And maybe you could help me with some of the administrative duties! I've got most of them down, but some of them baffle me...
