And thus begins Holy Week...

Well, this weekend was a pretty uneventful one for us. I went and got my hair cut so I don't look like the Shaggy Dog anymore and I removed my old nailpolish from my toes that had been on there since forever. Mom did some yard work since it's starting to be nice out. We both watched Legally Blonde over the week-end (at different times). We liked it. I know I was rooting for Elle while I was watching it. I was glad to see a break from the dumb blonde stereotypes that seem to be abound. Now I kinda wanna watch the second one.

I found a link through crzydemona's DA account to a lady who does such wonderful illustrations. Mostly she does stuff for Harry Potter and Tolkien, but I saw some commisions she did that were just beautiful! So I hope to save up enough to maybe get her to do one for me of my RPG character. At the moment she's not taking any commisions since she's taking care of her baby, but maybe by the time I have the money saved up, she'll start up again. Of course, she only takes Euros (since she lives in Germany), so I'll have to figure out the exchange rate. To see examples of her work, go here.

*sigh* I have to try to read more of 'Death Note' today as well as try and watch the next disk of 'Saiyuki' as well as cleaning the bathrooms. I'm so torn.

I know! Hopefully by the time I save up enough (since I want a colored pic), she'll be starting up commissions again. I love the way she does elves (but I'm a wee biased since I love elves in the first place).
