Yay for making new friends! tangerrine (*waves*) I friended because we both love the book series "Star Trek: New Frontiers" and it's always nice to have someone to gush with. She said something about maybe making an LJ community for it. I'll have to take that into consideration. It doesn't sound like a bad idea. However, unlike my other comms. I think I'd have a co-mod for this one.

The top one looks really neat--I don't think I've ever seen katakana rendered in a smooth way. Usually I only come across only the stark, jarring form that makes me hate it (well, that and the fact that so many of the symbols look *way* too much alike, unlike hiragana. Grr).
