OK, it's official. Technology hates me. My computer is still acting up (although not quite as bad as it had been), my internet connection keeps booting me off, and my DVD player is acting funky. I've tried to play my "Shrek 2" DVD on it and it keeps freezing the picture! I kept thinking, "It couldn't be the disk 'cause it played fine on the one in the living room." But I thought, well why not try another one and see what happens. It just so happens that yesterday, I got the first two disks of "Samurai Deeper Kyo" from Netflix, so I popped one of those babies in and it played fine! I was all, "What the hell!" Now, I realize I just went and jinxed it, so when I go and play them again, it won't do it. *mutters*

Now, I'm giving myself more busy work. I'm trying to do two things at the same time. Something on this computer as well as on mom's. On hers, I'm scanning some IR pics to post on ATACT as well as trying to do something on Word. I'd do the Word thing on this one, but when I had to recover my computer, I couldn't find my Word disk and it wasn't included as part of the original software. So, I have to go hunt for it. In the meantime, it's still on mom's computer, so I'll just use it for the time being. Maybe it will like me better than this one seems to. Maybe I'll actually get around to putting my SDK #9 (manga) on
