Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] umadoshi I was able to see "Farscape: TPW" last night. I'll not say what happened, but I found the ending to be much more satisfying than the series ending. More closure, I guess. However a main character dies. I felt myself getting choked up while watching it. Man, I get far too emotionally involved with fictional characters...

I also watched "How Clean is Your House" last night. This one apartment the ladies were at I think was the worst I'd seen yet. There were dead mice!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH!! There were clothes strewn everywhere that you couldn't even see the floor. And there was money all over the place, too! At the end, they found $3,000 worth! Just lying around! O_o Why can't something like that ever happen to me? I could so use $3,000!

*sigh* I saw yet another DVD I wanna get. So far my wish list consists of: Aladdin re-issue, Mulan re-issue that gonna be coming out, Star Wars (widescreen of course), Hellboy Director's Cut, LOTR: ROTK expanded edition, Shrek 2 (I think it's supposed to come out soon), MST3K box set #4, ect... Plus, I have to figure out where I'm going to put them. I've long since run out of room. If I stash my VHS tapes somewhere, I might have more, but I don't know where I'd put my videotapes! Man, storage is a huge problem in this house.

I got RK #7 yesterday (from the bookstore). Review up on [livejournal.com profile] ryudoshi momentarily.

Trivia of the day: There are 42 dots on a pair of dice.

You too, huh? Seriously I know how you feel only too well ><

I don't have many DVDs at all though, just the anime and that's not a huge collection either. We did just get Farenheit 9-11 though (missed it in theatres) and the original Manchurian Candidate.

I just don't go the movies... Ah well.

I don't go as much as I did. My DVD collection is fairly decent sized. More now since I started watching anime. I think about half of the ones I have are anime.

Yes, I nearly lost it when I found out about Pip's death. I can be so pathetic at times...

It's not pathetic. I mean you know the difference between reality and fiction; you just didn't want that to happen and it made you sad.

Me, I'm not so sure about, I'm really upset over this latest... death would actually be easier to deal with. (I tell you this because you seem to understand, just in general, I know people don't all think of the plot the same way) But I feel like something that was a nice fantasy for me is really wrecked, in a way death or other plot twists wouldn't do.

On the other hand I do know it's not reality and has no relevance to real problems, and I know authors can do whatever they want with their creative works even if they are on crack

Gosh that looks overdone, looking it over. I'm normal really! And anyway this could turn out to be just another bizarre plot twist, not something that wrecks everything, so I'll have to wait and see.

Sorry for spamming your LJ

I saw that too! What does that woman do for a living, to have $3,000 just lying around?! And that house... I almost became sick! Dead mice! I'm surprised she hadn't died from some kind of weird disease yet. And if she has that kind of money to lose, she could've hired a cleaning crew or something.

*chuckles* Don't worry about it. All I was going to say was don't lose hope. After all, we don't know the whole story as of yet, so it could turn out o be good. Mine's not really going to be "happy" per se, but I've learned to deal with it and will always carry a fondness with me.

Tell me about it! Why can't I ever find $3,000! I could find a good use for that much money. And not spend it on anime (well, not all of it, anyway).
