I'd probably be asking for it, but I'm considering starting up a new community. A Haru/Rin one. I already maintain two, and it hasn't been to bad thus far. Still... I must give it some more thought.

Our landlord is being an ass. Everytime we see him, he harps on the back rent we owe from when mom was out of work a few years ago. It's not that easy to come up with $2000.00! He also wants to know if we want to buy the house from him. We're interested, but mom's credit is poor due to, again, her having been out of work that one time. He wants to sell his rental properties so he can retire. I can understand that, but he could at least be decent about it. He still hasn't fixed our air conditioner which still leaks. *grr*

The doctor mom works for is also being an ass. He tells her not to come in back where the nurse is (even to deliever something from the front). He wants her to stayed glued to those phones. All he cares about is making money. "If you miss a phone call, then that means maybe a patient won't come in and I wont get paid for that office visit." Jerk. I so hope things go better for her.
