...or so it seems. A Daddy Long Legs almost attacked me in the shower this morning. Ugh!
Anyway, the get-together yesterday was very nice!

We agreed to meet at the local Barnes and Noble (the only one, really). I arrived first and sat in the cafe. Then, Mona came in and we chatted for a bit before we were joined by Jonathan. We mostly talked about anime, of course. Jonathan and I gushed about 'Hot Gimmick,' Mona and I gushed about 'Immortal Rain,' and we all gushed about Furuba.
After a couple of hours (I lost track of the time, actually), we went to eat at the local Japanese restaurant. Mona got lost, though. There are two of the same restaurants on the same street, but one is in the next town over, and that one was the one she went to. But, she eventually found her way to the other one and we went and ate. I tell ya, it was much better than the sandwich I had planned on having that day.
Other than the fact it rained constantly, it was a very nice visit. I had fun and I'm glad we did it. It was a bit surreal, actually, seeing these people you only knew online in person.
I made a bunch of icons yesterday from some old images I had stored. I'm not going to post them though. Some of them I switched out on my userpics. Now, my next project is to tackle another banner for one of the forums I belong to.
