snapdragon76: this is made of win and awesome (Twilight - pistol whipping Emmett)

Now, now. Perfectly symmetrical violence never solved anything.

I went to see my doctor today. He harped on me about my weight. AGAIN. Yes, I admit I gained a few pounds. Mostly from having a job where I sit all the time and lack of physical activity like I was doing before. It's not like I'm a big eater. I never have been. I don't go and horf down an entire bag of Cheetos in one sitting or anything. Plus, this is coming from a man with a very slight build who probably never had a weight issue in his life. Not everyone is meant to be stick figures there, Twiggy. Plus my stout German stock is kinda working agi'n me.

Besides, according to my WiiFit, I've lost almost 3 pounds just in this one week alone. Not too bad...

We went to a Spring Training baseball game where the Washington Nationals (the "home team") played against the St. Louis Cardinals. We got creamed pretty much. These guys are supposed to be Major League professionals? Mom and I left during the seventh inning stretch... and they hit a Grand Slam in the eighth. Typical. They still lost though it was far less embarrassing for them.

I caved and bought the two disk set of Twilight. Does that make me a bad lolfan? I still laughed in the inappropriate spots. I may watch the extras sometime too, because I do like the behind-the-scenes types stuff. I was going to watch Bolt also, but I got sucked into the 1999 version of David Copperfield with lil DanRad in it to watch it. Ahhh, well. Another time maybe.

And it seems I already bought vol. 22 of Furuba. I didn't think I had, but it must've been out early or something. I need to dig it out from wherever I stashed it and read it again to follow along with [livejournal.com profile] umadoshi's and [livejournal.com profile] flamika's reviews.

I didn't exercise as long today because the Red Tide has come ashore and exercising during high tide isn't very fun at all...

If my doctor nagged to me about my weight, I'd be so sad. I think I'm a few pounds overweight for my height. T_T; But I don't think you're fat at all!

Furuba. ;__; I didn't want it to eeeeenndd!

I don't think I'm HUGELY overweight, no. For my height? Yeah, probably. I'm dangerously approaching cankle territory. It's not like the hallways collapse under me, or anything.

Besides, I'm determined to not be one of those people who weigh themselves all the time. I have better things to do. I don't need to be obsessed about how much I weigh. I don't have a super slender build anyway.

But enough about that...

I know, but all good things must come to an end eventually. Have you been reading her new series, Hoshi wa Utau? It's very cute...

yeah... alot of crazies were born on my birthday it seems.

as for the weight thing. Eh, as I see it as long as its not effecting your health negatively and are happy with how you look, don't worry about your weight. I'm relatively healthy aparently and overweight, just goes to show that there are exceptions to all the statistics.

Yeah, but he's all on me about how QUICKLY I gained my weight. Duh, I sit on my ass at work all day. Go figure...

I'm curvy. Not all women are supposed to look like 12-year-old boys.

I have told you that I've nearly kicked a doctor before... on accident of course. That would have been another "accident" moment were I in your shoes.

Oh... and I forgot to say... no you are not a bad fan for having bought the Twilight Movie... simply because well... its not the book. Personally I think its BETTER than the book, but thats just me.

LOL, I can SOOOO picture you doing that.

That's good to know. The movie was at least entertaining, although not quite the way it was intended...
