Did you just see that? I sprinted to the end of these mossy rocks and back in less time than you too

Ugh, what a day.

First of all, I only just discovered that Julie Walters was the actress who plays Mrs. Weasley in the Harry Potter movies. Why do I find this surprising? Because she also played Rosie in Mamma Mia! Raucous, fun loving, free- spirited Rosie. I think the wig kinda throws me. My mind, she is blown. See it splattered all over the back wall there?

Anyway, tonight mom and I went to the beach to see the space shuttle launch for a rare night launch. Of course, so did everyone else. I tried getting pictures of it, but since we were still kinda far away, we got mostly a large bright blob. However, we did get a few nice shots of the moon rising above the ocean, so that was cool!

It would've been even better had the Red Tide not reared it's ugly head. Urh. I swear, I have the WORST timing in the world. For example:

There was the time at my baccalaureate for my High School graduation, the first trip to Washington D.C., my High School reunion, a memorable Christmas (although not memorable for the right reason) and there was an Easter sunrise service a few years ago that I was totally miserable. Such fun. I've hated this from the very start. Can I haz menopause nao? Although, from what mom tells me, that's no picnic either. I enjoy being a girl!! /sarcasm

The "Call Bulletin" of San Francisco, California became the first newspaper to run a life-size portrait of a human being. Larry Quinn, a two-day-old baby, was the subject.
