Hmmm, it's a bit of a toss up. I like quite a few Christmas carols, but I think the ones I like the most are "Carol of the Bells" and "Oh Holy Night." The latter one especially moves me almost every time I hear it. Most of the renditions I hear of it are quite haunting.

"Holly and the Ivy" is another one I like. I think I heard it for the first time on a version of "A Christmas Carol" sometime.
