Don't feel bad. I had a colonoscopy last Friday and had to be on a strictly liquid diet the whole day before that. For dinner that night, the rest of the family had spaghetti and meatballs. For my repast, the chef prepared a succulent bowl of freshly prepared hand selected beef boullion and a garden fresh container of lime Jell-O. Then I topped that off with a mouth watering serving of Fleet and fruit water. I tell ya, it doesn't get any better than that.
Is this your first colonoscopy? You don't remember a thing afterward and, if you're at all like me, you make tracks for the nearest restaurant serving breakfast.
