BLARGH!!!!

OK, I'm pissed!

For some reason, my wireless keyboard stopped working. All I did was change the batteries. That all! Then *kaput*

Mom tried fiddling with it to no avail and we even tried calling Best Buy because our computers are still under warranty. All she got was some asshole treating us like we were idiots and no answers whatsoever.

So I signed up for the HP forum and broke out my trusty laptop (thank GOD for my laptop) in the interim. Mom also e-mailed my cousin who works on his parents computers and is studying them in school to see if he'd help, but I'm not holding my breath. He never replies to any voicemails or e-mails...

So, I'm trying to be Zen about the whole thing and watch some Harry Potter meanwhile...

get his name, and speak to his supervisor. there is NO way they should treat you like that, its called CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason. ugh. i effing hate retail

Well, my mom was the only one who talked to him and I think she was too pissed to do anything about it at present. I shall mention it though.

He even had the audacity to HANG UP ON US!!! Prick...

If that guy hung up on your mom, DEFINITELY call and talk to a supervisor. That's unacceptable. I've found that you get better service if you go in to the store and talk to them, but I do realize that it's inconvenient.

We did and they said that due to the extended service contract, we have to call that number. The girl behind the counter was as flabbergasted at the quality of the tech support as well. Next time, we're getting a name...
