Well, I got off work early today, but not for the reason I had anticipated. It seems that mom was getting her ears flushed out, she lost consciousness. The nurse said she vasol vagalled (is that the right term? Mona?), so the doctor wanted her to come home, but not drive herself. She ended up doing it anyway having me follow her. *eyeroll*

She seems to be fine, but she's taking it easy for the rest of the day. So, no gym today. Maybe I can play some Wii later.

Well, it seems that in fact the trees aren't the ones crapping on my car. Fruit eating birds are the culprits. They nailed me again yesterday and today. I need to try to find another place to park, but I'm limited to where I can go. Yes, other cars are getting the same treatment, but not as bad as mine is. *siiiiigh*

Last night we were treated to a full six course meal. It was very good, but if there had been any more courses, I would've passed out under the table. As it was, they practically had to roll me outta the dining room like Violet Beauregard from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Listen up everyone! I am compiling some songs for my iPod that I can work out too and I need your help. Open up your iTunes and find some songs. They needs to be upbeat with a good tempo. Search good and hard!!!

Now, I think I'll watch Gigi!!

Pretty much anything by Spoon, especially Take a Walk and The Way We Get By, also check out Phantom Planet; Big Brat, Knowitall, pretty much anthing from their self titled album. Definitely Ok Go, I mean their whole music video for Here it Goes Again was done on treadmills. Bones by The Editors is a personal favorite, if you like the Killers you'll like them. Herculean by the Good, The Bad and the Queen. A little slower but its on my work out list and it has a good solid rhythm. Hot Hot Heat has some good work out music but I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
